This place is good. I think we had a slightly better experience last time we stayed with you all, but we will keep staying with you, bc you are the best deal for a decent room in Brooklyn!

Took an additional $15 out of my deposit for a facility fee that wasn’t ever mentioned. Noisy after midnight with bar downstairs and our room had an amazing view of the train that runs 24 -7.

The rooms were fine but there is a night club down stairs that played loud music until 3am. Our room on the third floor was shaking so much that the door was banging from the vibrations of the bass. At 2am we got moved to a room on the 6th floor but even there the music made it impossible to sleep.

I LOVE the location!! Lots of local food and coffee within a short walk. Easy access to the J if you want to visit manhattan. I love the bar connected. The staff are all super nice and accommodating. I love the back courtyard area. Lots of potential for this hotel! There is a microwave for general use. Tons of street parking within a block or two of the hotel. I found the j to be relaxing to listen to

The staff is wonderful. The location is great for those who know how big the city is and how to use trains (J train is super close, M train is close-ish). The room is spacious for a NYC hotel. Good price value. oom was cleaned every day.

What I liked was that I had a problem with the TV and they were attentive to the issue and didn't have me waiting for an hour and moved me to another room. Also the facilities were clean and staff were cordial
